We are trading partners to Moredew Limited, E-Settlement Limited, 3line Technology and Cellulant Nigeria Limited. In our quest for seamless business relationship we have direct robust relationship with Banks (FirstBank, GTCo, and Stanbic IBTC)
We have business relationship with top Agent Banking operators in the country, Freedom Network, Firstmonie, PayCentre Africa and Tingg. As an agent facilitator/Ambassador we assist the operators to recruit agents across Nigeria who will use devices provided to carry out Financial Transactions through electronic channels, especially via POS.
Our IT Business Consultancy cut across electronics delivery, business solutions, web based solutions, hardware and software procurement. We also deliver bespoke business solution from initiation to deployment using the best in class IT delivery methodology.
Our sub department, called Borderless Logistics handles both domestic and international delivery service using the sophisticated cutting edge solution. We partner with Platinum Pacific International Services Limited for our cargo services.
Our renewable energy department focuses on solar energy utilization at homes, offices, schools and communities.

Financial Inclusion (Agent Banking) Facilitator
Paycentre – Powered by E-settlement Paycentre deploys both mPOS and Traditional POS to her agents. This company was one of the very few independent POS operators licensed by CBN to commence operation with the deployment of mPOS. Their operation was so seems less that once you visit their office and submit the required KYC document you can be sure to commence agent banking immediately. They are also one of the companies that use the ambassador model to make their POS available nationwide.
Freedom Network – powered by 3lines Technology Freedom Network, as the name implies, is one of the first independent operators that is multi-bank operator. They partnered with Guaranty Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Wema, ProvidusBank etc. They deploy Traditional POS and Android POS to their agents. Deployment of POS takes less than 1 hour for new agents.
Tingg – powered by Cellulant Nigeria Limited. Tingg corporate head office is in Ikeja but with a strong presence in the northern part of the country in partnership with Unity Bank. Working with the brand we make their presence felt in the southern part by recruiting a good number of agents for them. With a unique selling point of sending money to any bank for as low as N6 per transaction and good customer support, they are able to penetrate the market.
Firstmonie– powered by FirstBank of Nigeria LtdFirstBank is the foremost and oldest bank in Nigeria and one of the leading agent banking operators (bank-led). They have agents across the nation, however, we are working with them on a more robust ambassador model in order for them to penetrate more markets. Currently, we deployed Firstmonie across Ogun State.
IT Business Consulting
Due to our expertise in payment solutions and experience garnered over the years, we are open to providing consultancy services to any individual, businesses both private and public on myriad of challenges.
1. Hospitality business, Agriculture, Governance, Revenue assurance, Ghost worker detection, Mobile money, Agent banking/PSB. Internal communication Projects executed. We work and partnered with Moredew Limited to develop an App (MxPay) for agent banking working with Interswitch, Itex, eTop for instant payment or settlement of agent transactions.
2. ICS– Smartcom – This is an internal communication system, that corporate organizations, ministries, departments and agencies of government can leverage for communication, we have proposed this solution to FirstBank and Wema Bank.
This solution is locally made and can compete with international brands.
3. USSD Universal Code: working with Moredew we developed a universal code for mobile topup.
4. We collaborate with eTranzact, MTN, Glo, Airtel and 9mobile for the successful deployment in early 2020.
5. EPay Prepaid: Working with ePay to integrate their Prepaid card into airtime vending
6. PlatformEdustripe: This is multi-school solution. It can be used by the school proprietors, parents and students. The proprietor can use it to monitor student activities while the parent too can use it to monitor their wards. One great feature of the app is that parent can use the app to save funds towards the tuition of their wards and can use the app to obtain loans towards the tuition of their children.
7. Dace: This is a multi-vendor dispatch or logistics app. It is for logistics companies, dispatch riders and customers. Customer can use the app to search for logistics companies close to request for their dispatch rider.
8. The app can also be used by the vendor to monitor the movement of their dispatch rider.
9. The app is available on Google Play Store and iOS store because we are led by a Managing Director who has implemented several projects with the best in the industry, Mastercard, Visa, Interswitch, TeamApp, Chams, UP and so on, we have no reservations in our ability to take on any complex IT-related project
Borderless Logistics
We currently provide eCommerce delivery of goods and services within Ogun state and Lagos State. We cover the following areas conveniently with our highly trained and courteous dispatch riders.We are looking at expanding to haulage from cargo terminals in Lagos and port to anywhere in the country.
Renewable Energy
Our renewable energy focuses on solar energy via solar panels, inverters and batteries. With our energy solution, you can:
